Who can buy cannabis in Seattle, WA?
Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid state issued ID card or passport.
Do I have to be a Washington State resident to buy cannabis in Seattle?
No. You can buy cannabis as long as you are 21 years of age or older and have a valid ID card.
Do you accept Debit or Credit cards?
We do not accept debit or credit card payments yet. But we do have ATMs available at our dispensary so that you can purchase your cannabis products.
How much cannabis can I buy?
- 1 ounch of usable cannabis
- 7 grams of cannabis concentrate/extract for inhalation.
- 16 ounces of cannabis infused product in solid form
- 72 ounces of cannabis infused product in liquid form
- Cannabis or marijuana-related drug paraphernalia.
Can I buy cannabis to resell?
No. you must be licensed by the State of Washington in order to sell cannabis.
Can I take my cannabis to another state?
No. You must consume the cannabis in Washington State.
What's your return policy?
For safety and legal reasons, we can not accept returns once the cannabis has been opened or leaves the property.
We can only exchange malfunctioning vaporizer pens, batteries and cartridges. Unfortunately, we can’t issue cash back or money returns –– exchange only.
To exchange a vape battery or cartridge, you need to bring your receipt and packaging back to our Seattle dispensary within 10 days of purchase.
Where am I allowed to consume cannabis in Seattle?
According to Washington State law, it’s illegla to consume cannabis within view of the public. That means you can legally consume and partake at home or in another private residence.
